As with all of our film posters we have chosen this one for the stunning image. “Anatomy of a Murder” is a 1959 film starring James Stewart and was the first ever mainstream court based Hollywood blockbuster. The poster is by Saul Bass (1920-1996) who did much of the design work for Hitchcock. It is extremely rare, and even rarer to find in such fine condition. This is a US one sheet – meaning that it was never folded – it is framed to conservation standards as one would expect for an item of this value and rarity.
